🧡 職責：
支援主教師：協助主教師規劃和實施課程和活動。
兒童監管：隨時確保兒童的安全。
與兒童互動：在遊戲時間、用餐時間和其他活動期間與兒童互動。
協助課堂管理：協助行為管理和促進兒童之間的合作。
個別支援：向兒童提供個別關注，確保他們融入學校環境。
與家長溝通：與家長保持溝通，提供兒童日常更新。
健康和安全合規：遵守和執行健康和安全規程。
材料準備：協助準備教學材料和資源。 帮助打扫清洁和整理教室。帮助还没有戒掉尿布的小朋友换尿布。
專業發展：參加要求的培訓機會和線上課程。

🧡 條件資格：
有合法身分，可報稅
高中以上學歷 (兒童教育相關本科尤佳)
有耐心、責任心、工作熱誠
具有與幼兒工作的相關經驗
CPR和急救認證（或願意獲得）
任何其他早期教育相關認證均可獲得優先考慮

🧡 Responsibilities:
Support the Lead Teacher: Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing lessons and activities.
Child Supervision: Keep children safe at all times.
Interacting with children: Interact with children during playtime, mealtimes, and other activities.
Assist with Classroom Management: Assists with behavior management and promotes cooperation among children.
Individual Support: Provide individual attention to children to ensure their integration into the school environment.
Communicate with parents: Maintain communication with parents and provide daily updates on children.
Health and Safety Compliance: Follow and enforce health and safety procedures. Help with cleaning and tidying up the classroom. Help change diapers for children who have not toilet train for diapers.
Materials Preparation: Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
Professional Development: Participate in required training opportunities and online courses.

🧡 Conditions and qualifications:
Have legal status and can file tax returns
High school degree or above (bachelor degree in child education is preferred)
Patience, responsibility and enthusiasm for work
Have relevant experience working with young children
CPR and First Aid Certification (or willing to obtain)
Any other early education related certification may receive priority consideration
